PayTraQer vs QuickBooks Desktop: Which is best for you?

I was especially happy with the technical support person [sensitive content hidden] that assisted me today, and took the time to go over everything with me without giving up to fix my set up problem.

The on boarding was super awesome compared to any other integration services out there.

I was able to input all the pertinent information whenever a transaction was done, and the software processed the information for each client and transaction seamlessly.

It does not have the ability to automatically add a credit card convenience fee to an invoice when you send the invoice out with the Intuit payment link.
