The amount of time saved and the document repository has been an awesome asset to be able to store documents and keep them on file.

in my version, I am unable to change some fields (names) and save that for future use; also I need an administrator to re-send a Document for signature if not approved in timely manner

I appreciate that the program can be utilized in both an app and browser versions, and that they can even be used simultaneously if needed.

It can also be frustrating when we have 40+ employees using the program at the same time and technical issues arise, with the common solution being to clear the cache. Since this is a cloud-based program, frequent cache clearing shouldn’t be such a regular requirement.
