The tool currently has limited integration options with external data sources, which may require manual data uploads or exports from other platforms.

Having a degree of Project management and/or process management experience helps significantly in understanding the use of the different icons, although there are some very useful templates to help with creating your visuals.

Due to its pricing, Visio isn't available for our users by default (like other MS Office products, Word, excel, outlook etc.) and require purchasing of additional licenses.
