    We have had tremendous collaboration with and assistance from the CIM team in deployment of PEAK. There was an upfront learning curve for us, but this was alleviated with help from their team. We are now able to quickly get site equipment and data quickly online which is very important to our team.
    Cons:
    There is still a hurdle for us in quickly deploying rules. This has gotten much better and is something our teams are working through. We had used other software in the past and some of the hurdles were self-created with how we "always used to do things." The CIM team has worked with us to make this process easier.

    Reasons for choosing PEAK

    Note: other softwares in addition to those listed were considered. We vetted numerous options and chose PEAK as a combination of cost effectiveness, the support team, and growth potential. The platform was also an added bonus.

    Reasons for switching to PEAK

    We switched from Key2Act's Connect software and internal use. Costs and growth potential were the biggest reasons for switching.

    As a user I have found it very insightful and informative regarding otherwise unseen issues with the building plant systems. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with how well the CIM Peak system can obtain information and alert us to various issues for the building and how it can also provide potential rectification methods to solve the problem. The portal and interface is very easy to use and easy understand the data
    Cons:
    I have so far found no negative issues with the system. Everything is working well for me at the moment.

    have picked up on issues with the BMS and HVAC equipment that otherwise we would of not known about. Working with CIM has been great has they have help us to navigate the site and also to change the parameters as required.

    I don't feel stressed in any way knowing I PEAK/ CIM are looking after the building. I have been the FM here 4 years now, and since being introduced to PEAK and Team from CIM, I can happily say I am happy with the service provided.

    There is not just one thing I like about PEAK. The system and the Team that looks after 333George St are absolutely amazing. We have certainly been pulled out of hot water situation on many occasions by having PEAK look after the site. Thanks.

    This I have no comment towards as there isn't anything I can say I do not like about PEAK. This service has been something we have always made sure to cherish and the team are exceptional on all levels.

    The convenience of remote readings and data accessibility. The support from the CIM team in setting up the account and working with Centre contractors to ensure proper readings.
    Cons:
    Reading variances that had to be looked into at the initial stages. Not all meters were set up for the remote readings as some originally installed meters installed in difficult to reach spaces and therefore were left out.
