Mango Voice vs Convoso: Which is best for you?

Mango is a great tool in my daily life at work, making and receiving calls.

You can only access their portal and call log from USA and Canada. When I was on vacation in Europe I was unable to check the call log.

I liked the powerful dialer, real-time reporting, and how it boosted agent productivity and contact rates.

There is a knowledge base but it does not answer every question and when you call in for help, they won't make the changes for you even though they are familiar with their system; they make you painstakingly figure out how to configure it taking hours from your work day.
