"They're also on the front foot when it comes to AI implementation bringing forward features that will benefit any business that decides to use them. But to touch on a previously mentioned point I think one of the biggest and best selling factors for Maxcontact is their support staff, they're always friendly knowledgeable and happy to help with what might seem trivial tasks and in general resolve most issues in a timely manor which is essential to any company having issues with their dialler."
