Campground Master is an exceptional program & we would still be using it if it had robust online reservation functionality

The lack on online reservation functionality was the only downfall for this excellent program.

your response is quick and very helpful we have ran into some bumps that we did not know how to fix and sent an email for help and you answered it quickly and followed up to make sure we were back on chorse.

Also everything to do with customer service is videos and online and you cannot talk to a person when you have problems.
