"This platform has enabled our preschool to move from (1) "paper and pencil" registration/enrollment/organization/communication, etc., (2) parent to teacher to director to bank payment processing and staff communication to practically a totally online, but personal experience with our students and my staff- just for starters. Although customer support has been helpful, the issue has occurred multiple times, which can be frustrating for parents who believe they’ve paid on time."
"Something that's frustrating for parents in that if they have a child at more than one of our locations they have different sign in pins for each location. While it's a small problem, I think having a sign-in pin specific to each person regardless of location would be nice."
