Gradelink is an internet-based school management solution that connects teachers, students, and parents through a single, easy-to-use platform. Schools worldwide use it to save time managing student enrollment, reporting attendance, tracking grades, and generating report cards.

Teachers and administrators use Gradelink to customize grade scales and configure class assessments. They store student data, including contact, medical, and demographic information, all in one place. As a result, important information such as current grades and attendance records are always at their fingertips. Integration with Google Classroom, PaySimple, Renaissance, Microsoft Office 365, and other software adds to the versatility.

Gradelink also allows parents to track their child’s academic progress by viewing assignment grades, class schedules, upcoming homework, and due dates. They can even download permission slips, syllabi, and worksheets.

Pros:

We use Gradelink at eleven schools throughout the state of Florida. It enables us to provide information to our families in a timely manner whether it is school communication or the ability for families to monitor student progress. We have used Gradelink for seven years and appreciate the quick response of the support team when we have questions or need to resolve a problem that has occurred. Gradelink has simplified our reenrollment process by consolidating everything into one platform, saving us time and money in the process.

As an organization we have had nothing but positive experiences with Gradelink and the customer service that we receive.

Makes generating transcripts a dream! Friendly customer service.

The support we have received has been very helpful in figuring out what we can and cannot expect from Gradelink. In the main, our team has been very happy with the professionalism Gradelink has given our school over the last 3 years. We plan to continue using it.

The transcript feature, communication features, and standards tracking have been exceptionally useful for our school. The main reason we looked for a SIS was for transcript records management, and Gradelink has been perfect for us. The Report Card has been more difficult to customize for our small school, but teachers have been able to find work-arounds.

Cons:

Ease of Use is 4 stars because some teachers have had a difficult time getting the hang of it, and some help tutorials or explanations can be difficult to find until you know what you're looking for. One feature that we have asked for several times is an app for teachers. The software is unusable on a mobile device, and there are times when a student calls with a question and the teacher is not by a computer browser to help answer that question.

Reasons for choosing Gradelink

Gradelink had the most usable features that would integrate with our school operation. Financial accountability was another reason we chose Gradelink; it has great pricing considerations for small schools. We were also able to take advantage of a bonus discount for the setup fee.

Outstanding

My experience has been excellent and I'm really satisfied with both product and support services. Parents too can keep up with grades and progress easily. They are alerted when students receive a poor grade. Texting and emailing between teachers and parents is also easy and timesaving for faculty.

My questions are always answered professionally and if I run into a snag, she is always able to guide me through adjustments or changes to be made.

Cons:

There really isn't anything negative I can say about Gradelink. My experience is such that I would recommend the program to any school.

Gradelink offers a variety of solutions to manage in one application. The most important aspect I have found is the technical support provided by the knowledgable technicians. [sensitive content hidden] has been my right arm in trying to navigate and getting our billing process online and in the hands of our parents to manage. Without his expert and abundance of patience this would be a train wreck for us. Thank you [sensitive content hidden] for all you to do make my job easier!

Cons:

Not taking the time to find out how much more is available for a school to use before now. Sometimes we have to take baby steps due to time constraints to roll out everything Gradelink has to offer.

[sensitive content hidden] did an awesome job helping me problem solve an issue I was having. I am so grateful for his patience, kindness and knowledge.

Cons:

I didn't like having to send an email after I tried to call. I waited about an hour for a call back for an issue that I was really needing to resolve quickly. Once the call came, however, I got all the help I needed. I also really wish the system/program was more intuitive.

Efficient, quick responses to questions or issues I may have.

Cons:

At my previous school, years ago, we tried to have all Back to School paperwork available online for parents to complete. I thought our forms would look like the paperwork we submitted. It did not. We discontinued that option the following year. At this school, they use the "EnrollMe" option. I am not involved with registration. I assume because they continue to use EnrollMe, this school is pleased with it.

Gradelink Is the Right Choice!

It has been great to using Gradelink since 2011. Easy to navigate, and great in generating reports. I also like that I can generate the end of the year STAR labels from Gradelink. A big plus.
