"The features I like the most are the useful reports, the ability to automate monthly tasks, and the ability to filter certain aspects to reduce the amount of time spent on looking at certain families."

"I implement software for a living, my family owns a software company, and I still struggle setting up classes and billing and find myself watching support videos or contacting support every year to get a refresher on how things work together. "
"This is especially troublesome when a student registers for a class near the end of a month, and then the system will bill them for the remaining weeks in the month (that's fine) but also for the following month which has not started yet (that is ultra-confusing)."
