- This is a great feature, but there are two issues which seem easy to fix. 1) the description is blank when the work order is generated and 2) if more than one location is selected in the schedule request - no work order is generated.
- They have not fixed the glitches when using schedule requests with auto-generated workorders.
- The system was very cost effective for the features provided.
- The system was purpose built to address the basic critical aspects of tool management and rental: Who has the tool, the costs for the use of the tool, and basic information about the tool itself.
