MaintainX vs YOOBIC: Which is best for you?

MaintainX is a reliable, user-friendly platform that brings clarity and efficiency to maintenance and its tracking/traceability. Despite minor limitations, it’s a valuable tool to help manage an asset throughout its lifecycle like, Purchase, Create, calibration, maintenance, spare parts inventory, asset specific procedures and discard.

Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky).

We have more visibility into field activity, we communicate easier with our field team, we onboard and train our team faster on new procedures and new product.

Sending notifications to specific stores that haven't done their missions seem trickier then it needs to be.
