Great Personal or Commercial Fleet Management Software!

I've used several methods to track maintenance and fuel efficiency for my personal vehicles, but none have worked quite as well as Simply Fleet! I have the free tier of the app and have used it religiously to track every fillup, vehicle service, and cost for the past two years and 100,000 miles across five different vehicles. It has been especially handy for motorcycle maintenance tracking, since service intervals are so short. The ability to add and track custom service items is a great feature, and something other apps I used didn't let me do. The in-app calculation and graphing of fuel mileage is a great feature as well! The only major problem I've encountered in two years of use is that the mobile app requires a very good cell connection to upload fillups or services, otherwise it will drop the data. I've had a few missed fillups in remote areas where the app didn't upload my data due to poor reception. Overall I heartily recommend Simply Fleet to anyone who wants to track maintenance for a personal or commercial fleet of vehicles (or even just one car!). It's easy to use, reliable, packed with features, and free! It helps me remember oil changes, tire rotations, major services, and more.

Cons:

-Requires network connection to upload fillups/services -Sometimes finicky to add service items -Limited widgets on homepage - it would be nice to have last input vehicle mileages, upcoming services, or maintenance due at a glance

Reasons for switching to Simply Fleet

AUTOsist only allowed three vehicles in the app at the free tier, and the paid tier was more expensive than I wanted to pay for what I used the app for.

Cost for our medium size business is always a concern. For all the great services available in the Simply Fleet application, the price is very reasonable. As my fleet grows and reduces year to year, I can adjust the number of vehicles I am being charged for on my own with ease.

Cons:

I am pleased to say that I have no complaints regarding anything on the Simply Fleet application. That has made Simply Fleet the management tool I will stick with.

the reminders. We always were late in servicing our tractors , they would usually go above . Now every time we fill up the hours are enterded too. No more missed services.

Cons:

cant think of anything yet as I have been using it for a couple of months and it all seems good. The option of tractors as a vehicle is not there

Simply Fleet , Simplified my Fleet!

In my 19 years working in the transport industry, Simply Fleet is the ONLY software program that I have come across that is user friendly, adaptable to my operations, accurate with reporting and very cost effective saving the company a lot in wasted fuel and maintenance costs.

The ease of use, the ease of navigating between modules and the ease of input.

Cons:

The only draw back on the system is that there is no Audit trail on the users and what work they have captured or altered.
