Great solution for sharing mixed media content

Since deploying PageTiger for a small use-case with small population, we have seen demand for the solution from across our business leading to a dramatic increase in number of licenced creators

Easy of use and access, coupled with the ability to create some complex and innovative documents
Cons:
One feature that could be improved is the video linking option on interactivity, currently it has to be hosted on Youtube/vimeo to weblink (like many large companies we use difference secured video hosting platforms so currently have to either upload the video additionally to PageTiger, or get creative with some html to make them play in an iframe pop-up. Be useful to allow any media link

How easy it is to change and update somtthing
Cons:
Not having an undo button and not being able to tailor the MI to regional areas or individual stores. We can only use email addresses

Pros:
Page Tiger is very user-friendly, both for creating documents, and for end-users navigating the finished content. I like the complete flexibility to utilise the huge array of existing templates, then modify them as required to suit the needs of the document.
Cons:
Moving document ownership between licence holders means the URL has to change, which is a pain if the URL has already been embedded in a separate document or web page.

Interactivity is easy to use. Analytics are helpful.
Cons:
Generally have to import a pdf created in Adobe InDesign as the design options are limited. Would be useful to have full create access to imported pdfs. Would be useful to have a the choice of an image hyperlink to attach to emails.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback. Using Tiger Designer, you are able to create your documents through layout library, fully editable or uploading PDF's. You can also send out your documents via TigerMailer too and this enables you to send your document as a text link, image or embed on your website. The tiger that earns its stripes!

Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] led my training session. I found [sensitive content hidden] to be very clear and practical in guiding me as to how to operate PageTiger and how to do so in the context of developing a project (with enquiry made as to the detail of my initial planned use of PageTiger) as opposed to purely focusing on functionality / operation. [sensitive content hidden] was very engaging and led with a clarity and pace that I could follow comfortably (with [sensitive content hidden] checking at intervals that the session was working well for me) whilst packing a lot of value-adding detail into our session. In addition to feeling that I was being guided well regarding how to use PageTiger, as the session progressed I very much felt that there was expanded opportunity beyond my original plans to use PageTiger to enhance my work as [sensitive content hidden] brought to life the advantages of having PageTiger’s resources at my disposal. I am now very keen to develop my PageTiger skills and to reap the results of integrating PageTiger into my way of working. The training session was much more than “how to operate” and very much “how to benefit through making PageTiger work to meet my specific business needs”. I could not suggest any improvement to be made to [sensitive content hidden] ’s confidence-inspiring expert technical and interpersonal delivery of this training session. As per [sensitive content hidden] ’s job title, it is clear that the session prioritised customer success as the outcome. I really liked the quality, features, flexibility and ease of use of the product for a range of business needs. I was very impressed by the PageTiger-customer relationship which feels very much like a partnership where there is genuine support and investment in the customer's success.
Cons:
I have found nothing to dislike about PageTiger's product and staff. I definitely feel that it is a winning choice to partner with PageTiger.

The ease of use of the platform and proactive attitude from our account manager. The new feature for course creation should be better explored and used by our team. The tool is very secure. You can either make edits or create a new projects in few steps.
Cons:
Lack of transaltions opportunity and the fact that you have to unpublish your project in order to make edits.

A wonderful product - I'm hooked!

I absolutely love using the PageTiger platform for my current project. It gives much more life and interactivity to the document than I never thought possible. I am a complete beginner to this type of product and PageTiger's Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing at helping to get me started and has given me so much support along the way. It has made the whole experience very enjoyable and given me confidence in being able to produce something far beyond my previous ability.

The ease at which we can create a beautifully branded, interactive, electronic document is amazing. We use PageTiger in our onboarding process allowing us to present a lot of information to new hires in a organized, professional, high-quality manner that is easy for the new joiner to use. There is so much flexibility in the design that we are branching out and using it for corporate updates to all employees. The way in which information is presented using PageTiger is so inviting and easy to use. It looks like we had a team of designers spending weeks to put these documents together and in reality it only takes one person a day or two to put it all together.
Cons:
There is nothing that I don't like about PageTiger. It is easy to use, it is inexpensive, it produces the highest quality documents. There is nothing not to like.

I love the flexibility of it, it's wonderful to be able to integrate such a variety of interactive features from video to surveys to downloadable information. It means I can produce a range of internal an external communications suited to every need my organisation has. I started using this software my first day on the job with very little training and have always found it quite intuitive. When there has been something I have struggled to figure out, the guides and online support have been terrific.
Cons:
Since the latest update not much! I'd like to be able to file images but there may be a way of doing that I have not yet found (I've not really had time to look!) One feature that would be useful is spellcheck / autocorrect in the text and story boxes.
