Showell shows well

I just feel that it ticks all the boxes for presenting online or in-person. It’s great for sharing files, collaboration and also can be used as an intranet!

Ease of use and the fact that all of your sales collateral is at hand easily. Allowing you to adapt on demand.
Cons:
There are no cons. I would prefer if embedded PowerPoint videos uploaded into Showell but it’s easy to add video as an additional share.

The materials are quite easy to set in the Showell. It is good that the materials can be shared via Showell and we get the information who has viewed the link. Good to be able to have different roles and user groups. Easy to use in most of the cases.
Cons:
From reporting is bit hard to get the information I would like to get. There should be some kind of "pivot table" type of report where I could select the information and limitations I would like to see in one page. So for example I should be able to set the report to show selected users on rows and selected materials on columns and then be able to set the time period and the information I would like to see for example times the material has been sent, times the material has been opened, the last time the material has been opened etc.

Cons:
In a folder with 30 dwg-files, I need to set a thumbnail item per item. This could be done easier with a default thumbnail for all items in a folder.

Showell is like a light version of Showpad and is easier to manage if you have a limited amount of content or users. The pricing is more interesting as well.

As a downside, some formatting details (such as shadows) occasionally break, and the image quality can sometimes decrease when uploading or converting files.
