"Until recently, annotation exports were sort of clunky/hard to follow - however, the newest UI update included the ability to export annotations as live PDF comments, and it's a game-changer!"

"Sometimes the help features or FAQ's are not helpful as they are general and a client has often customized their version of Veeva so that the instructions no longer apply and customer service doesn't always have an option."
