If you are an end user, Veeva Vault has a really intuitive user experience, and their annotations tools (ex. different color annotations, highlights, etc.) make dealing with promotional materials a breeze."

"Sometimes the help features or FAQ's are not helpful as they are general and a client has often customized their version of Veeva so that the instructions no longer apply and customer service doesn't always have an option."
"The admin interface and the process of validating whether or not your workflow will actually work is not the most intuitive."
