100% recommend WebMerge

I am the owner of a national law firm in Canada. We have to process a high number of leads each day / week. Webmerge solved a major issue with our sales team workflow in that we needed a way to print a PDF report of information from our Hubspot customer database. Webmerge allowed us to automate that process and has saved us tremendous time and boosted productivity. It has allowed us to automate the process using Hubspot. Would highly recommend Webmerge.

Pros

The integration is great and helped us out of a jam. I also like how you can just use the form fields for the tokens.

Cons

The user interface and some of the user experience is a bit clunky and depending on what we were doing we had trouble finding what we were looking for.

I would highly recommend the product. Well built and easy to use.

Pros

WebMerge is very intuitive and works really well "out of the box". It helped fill a distinct need that we had in a short period of time. You can do some really powerful stuff when paired with Zapier. Additionally, their support is really awesome.

Cons

The only thing that is a challenge for us is the pricing structure compared to what we were previously using. However, provided some grace as we went over our initial quota as we were getting things set up and were very understanding.

Helps us provide a great onboarding experience for our customers!

This has been a HUGE help to us in terms of helping our customers, and creating a smoother, quicker, guided experience for them.

Pros

We're able to integrate WebMerge with Survey Gizmo to help our customers document their procedures. The integration was key in terms of setting up a guided experience for our customers via Survey Gizmo, and then allowing them to get an output of their procedures automatically via a Web Merge document.

Cons

If you're not a whiz at HTML and code, it's tricky to make sure you've setup syntax correctly. Luckily we had someone our team that was able to troubleshoot the tough stuff, but I could see that being a challenge for other WebMerge users.

I like the plateform, easy to use, reporting and mos of all the possibility to test the document. I love it.

Cons

My only problem was the communication. changes in the code without warn the customer (twice in 6 month).
It would be great even if it is a critical chang eto have information because our API didn't work and we had to make changes urgently...

Process automation and flexibility with a very easy to use interface.

Pros

WebMerge is a very intelligent and elegant method for combining data from a variety of sources to output a polished and professional final product. The version management system and the field mapping wizard make using WebMerge very straightforward and easy, without the need for long and expensive training programs. Also, the ability connect well to a multitude of different services make it a good fit for most businesses without the need for them to change the processes they already have in place unless they want to.

Cons

On occasion, I find functionality that I assume would be built in to WebMerge that instead requires the use of an additional 3rd-party service. While it is generally easy to set up, there is often a related additional expense.

Very efficient for automatic pdf

I used it with Zapier and typeform to make a whole process of investment reservation (real estate)

Powerful Platform

Pros

WebMerge is an absolute gem of a platform. I can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it is to use the product and how powerful it is. The design of the site is intuitive and scales well for small or large operations. The development platform is extremely powerful. The potential for document automation is almost limitless. The most impressive service of WebMerge is hands down the customer service.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to document development depending on your application and how you are importing the data.

Super happy with the service!

I have been looking for a service like this for years. I do in fact have a very close friend of mine who has a service like Webmerge, but their service is more expensive and has no way near the features Webmerge offers! Thank you so much for a great product that has made my life easy!

Worth it's weight in gold

Pros

As we've been developing our solution they have always been quick to respond and accommodating of our various needs. Every time we have a request for a change or enhancement, it's fulfilled. And QUICKLY! We have over 1000 templates housed in Webmerge and have built out a rather intricate workflow automation. Customer Rep. has tirelessly worked with us to build out our solution. He's even been patient as we've dealt with internal incidents. There hasn't been a single outage in the nearly year we've been using it.

Cons

We have not a single complaint... other than we didn't find it sooner! Seriously, worth every penny!

I love the way this online tool simplifies paperwork and documentation.

Pros

This online platform lets to collect data and manipulate the document in the ways we desire. It gives us the ability to upload forms and/or data and to the put in the documents as per our wish. It also has featured with which the prepared documents can be shared and also merged with other created/existing documents. Data can be accessed from and merged with other data from emails, GoogleDrive and other third party applications as well. It also has features of uploading data such as spreadsheets and we can also enter the data into this manually. They also provide document forms that are customizable and reusable.

Cons

The interface that they provide is not very user friendly at first, but with use one can learn to use it. The first time users sometime find it cumbersome to use. For very small businesses, the pricing may be a bit high, when compared to that of middle class businesses. We need a strong grip in programming, else it’s difficult to use this application.

WebMerge is an extremely valuable tool our business has been using for almost 2 years now. Prior to utilizing WebMerge we had numerous individuals manually creating invoices as both Excel and PDF documents. Once the documents were created the individuals had to manually place them in folders in DropBox, on a server and/or e-mail them to clients. The process was tedious and time consuming to say the least. With WebMerge these processes are now completely automated! This has increased efficiency, cut costs, and allowed individuals to focus on more important parts of the business. The time and money that it has saved us is tremendous. Additionally, the customer support has truly been amazing. In the rare instance we encountered a technical issue/had a question/requested custom service the typical response time to a support ticket was less than 2 hours (around an 45 minutes to 1 hour in most cases). After the initial reply the support team typically responded to follow-ups within a few minutes. They worked with us and had a solution/answer for everything. The customer service is truly is professional and top-notch. Overall, WebMerge is an amazing tool that has automated many aspects of our business and we keep finding more ways to integrate it into our growing business needs and expanding brands. I looked at other programs before eventually deciding to go with WebMerge and while there are similar platforms, none of them quite matched what WebMerge can do and continues to do in order to help our business succeed.

Cons

I personally don't have any negative remarks about WebMerge at this time. However, I can say that when I have recommended it to others that the price is usually the one thing that they look at as too expensive. Depending on your business needs I guess I can see that, but the reality is that you are going to be saving way more in labor costs while increasing efficiency and decreasing errors caused by human entry. With that said, the one thing I would note here from my conversations when recommending this to others is that they wish there were more tiered pricing options. Some stated they wanted to use it but wished there were more tiers so that they wouldn't have to jump up to a higher priced tier and pay for more document merges then they would be using every month.

Great way to turn data into documents

Pros

We needed a quick solution to make data from webforms into readable, layouted documents and this was a great solution. Quick to implement and lots of functionlity that we hope to explore moving forward

Cons

Somewhat technical in the design UI/UX and not always very intuitive. But if you know your way around automation and a little bit of coding then you can manage the system without support.

Pros

Support is outstanding. The team is responsive 24x7 and very quick. A simple email will get their attention and they'll go above and beyond to help you solve your problem.

Cons

This isn't really a con but you'll need to be comfortable with the basics to set things up. If you are not, you should look into hiring the support team to get you setup.

Pros

This application helps us to easily gather your files from your computer. You could choose whichever format as your preference. PDF, word, spreadsheet etc. are some of the available formats. It has an interactive support crew. Every feedback provided returns as a feature after the next update.

Cons

Many a time, the whole structure as such is difficult to understand. One could have trouble setting templates initially. However, the support team provides every technical help that one seeks. The premium version is quite expensive and need not be accepted economically by all types of users. English is the only supported language.

Absolutely fantastic!

This service is a boon for those who waste a lot of time in sending standard documents, proposals, forms etc. It saved us a lot of time. Only one request, monthly unused merges should be carried forward.
