    Pros

    The product saves us a lot of time by using data already in our quickbase software instead of typing things again manually or copying and pasting.

    Cons

    Every time make a change to the template need to reupload - not a big deal but maybe if template was linked be easier.

    WebMerge is an extremely valuable tool our business has been using for almost 2 years now. Prior to utilizing WebMerge we had numerous individuals manually creating invoices as both Excel and PDF documents. Once the documents were created the individuals had to manually place them in folders in DropBox, on a server and/or e-mail them to clients. The process was tedious and time consuming to say the least. With WebMerge these processes are now completely automated! This has increased efficiency, cut costs, and allowed individuals to focus on more important parts of the business. The time and money that it has saved us is tremendous. Additionally, the customer support has truly been amazing. In the rare instance we encountered a technical issue/had a question/requested custom service the typical response time to a support ticket was less than 2 hours (around an 45 minutes to 1 hour in most cases). After the initial reply the support team typically responded to follow-ups within a few minutes. They worked with us and had a solution/answer for everything. The customer service is truly is professional and top-notch. Overall, WebMerge is an amazing tool that has automated many aspects of our business and we keep finding more ways to integrate it into our growing business needs and expanding brands. I looked at other programs before eventually deciding to go with WebMerge and while there are similar platforms, none of them quite matched what WebMerge can do and continues to do in order to help our business succeed.

    Cons

    I personally don't have any negative remarks about WebMerge at this time. However, I can say that when I have recommended it to others that the price is usually the one thing that they look at as too expensive. Depending on your business needs I guess I can see that, but the reality is that you are going to be saving way more in labor costs while increasing efficiency and decreasing errors caused by human entry. With that said, the one thing I would note here from my conversations when recommending this to others is that they wish there were more tiered pricing options. Some stated they wanted to use it but wished there were more tiers so that they wouldn't have to jump up to a higher priced tier and pay for more document merges then they would be using every month.

    We needed a quick solution to make data from webforms into readable, layouted documents and this was a great solution. Quick to implement and lots of functionlity that we hope to explore moving forward

    Cons

    Somewhat technical in the design UI/UX and not always very intuitive. But if you know your way around automation and a little bit of coding then you can manage the system without support.

    I am grateful this team decided to put this tool together. It has saved our company a bunch of time and money. Their competition is much more expensive.

    Pros

    Support is outstanding. The team is responsive 24x7 and very quick. A simple email will get their attention and they'll go above and beyond to help you solve your problem.

    Cons

    This isn't really a con but you'll need to be comfortable with the basics to set things up. If you are not, you should look into hiring the support team to get you setup.

    This application helps us to easily gather your files from your computer. You could choose whichever format as your preference. PDF, word, spreadsheet etc. are some of the available formats. It has an interactive support crew. Every feedback provided returns as a feature after the next update.

    Cons

    Many a time, the whole structure as such is difficult to understand. One could have trouble setting templates initially. However, the support team provides every technical help that one seeks. The premium version is quite expensive and need not be accepted economically by all types of users. English is the only supported language.

    This service is a boon for those who waste a lot of time in sending standard documents, proposals, forms etc. It saved us a lot of time. Only one request, monthly unused merges should be carried forward.

    Webmerge has streamlined our business processes and saved us money, increased accuracy, and increased speed. The integrations with docusign make sending contracts out for signature absolutely seamless. In addition, the integration with Zapier makes Webmerge infinitely configurable.

    Cons

    None, The software is very well designed and is reliable. We have not ran into any issues. Customer service is very prompt, so even if there were any issues, they would be addressed within minutes.

    We can create our own document and integrate it with the services available and the WebMerge will give us everything in one document. It already has a set of different types of documents, which gives us an option to choose from to design the exact document that we are looking for. WebMerge supports all file formats including PDF, word, excel, PowerPoint and lot others. It provides three delivery options like email, saving the document in the cloud or sending it to a third party. We can save our time which is usually wasted on document generation and management using this single app.

    Cons

    The user interface is somewhat complicated. When we use it for the first time, we may find it difficult to understand how the app works. Also it is hard to find the options of adding CC emails and other technical sending options. It is difficult to create the first templates as it is confusing for a new user.

    If your aiming for a better, I mean best future... choose WebMerge. It will help you organize and lead you to a better path. All your files can automatically send to your email and to online data storage as long as you have internet connection. With WebMerge you can easily and automatically generate reports, contracts, simplify quotes, streamline proposals, and etc.

    Pros

    Before it takes me 5 days to 1 weeks to compile every files that I have on my computer but thanks to WebMerge, it's like a snap of a finger to organize it all. That's why I love WebMerge. It's a build in one, whenever you need PDF, document or Word document, Excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation.

    You need vacuum? WebMerge is all you need. All my staff is in the good hand of WebMerge. I'm really a fan of WebMerge, I haven't experienced that can disappoint me. Good Job WebMerge!

    There is definitely a wide range of possibilities with this product. It makes a perfect companion for Salesforce, where document generation is needed. Support for SOQL queries, chart generation, and the ability to create dynamic tables are some of my favorite features so far. Whenever I have gotten stuck while trying to implement some of the features, support has been super quick and helpful.

    Cons

    There were some limitations around some of the features I wanted to use that I did not see in the documentation. I came across a couple of them by reading through the comments on the documentation articles, but others didn't appear until I tried to use a feature that wouldn't work the way it was described in the documentation.

    We have been using Webmerge for a number of years now. I run an automation consultancy and Webmerge is our document generation platform of choice. It's pretty much the first system we recommend after a CRM. Once set up it just works... fantastic.

    Cons

    We use the system in a very specific way, and the only thing that we miss out on is the ability to track contract signing directly within Webmerge. However, that's a separate function and I dont really expect it to be in the system... and the fact that we can pass directly to signnow from within Webmerge makes the process super simple anyway.
