- i like how you can easily set up a project and assign reviewers either internal or external and have everyone process their review-tasks in one app.
- Some functions we don't need, other functions we need more.- People focus more on things which are not good, I miss the function that reviewers make positive feedback.

- Not only does it give us a really professional face when sending for approvals externally, but the ease for the reviewer to comment is tremendous.
- My main gripe is the lack of notification options - they're either on or off, meaning everyone across all of our teams have them off so they don't get inundated with email updates.
