Frame.io vs Wipster: Which is best for you?

It seems the product is going in the direction of offering more complete video project management. While I see these could be useful for video production teams, we don't really need the extra project management features as we manage all projects in a separate project management software which includes much more than video-related tasks.

customer service is terrible if you go over your storage limits (even by accident) they suspend your account and you can't access anything and all your link break

the feature I can live screenshots in the comments and comments with pointing to specific place on the screen so useful also to do corrections from my managers

Sometimes it can be a bit slow on loading the website, one weekend when I really needed it it was completely down
