    Really love using Qobra and it's by far the best compensation tool I've ever had. Can communicate even within the platform to open conversation threads, keep track of all your commission over time and be up to date. love it.

    It's a must-have tool for salespeople. It's very easy to use and gives the whole management chain visibility over the figures. Once validated, the payroll is sent to HR.

    I like Qobra because it allows me to get visibility on : - my objectives - how well I'm doing in relation to those objectives - the commissions I earn in relation to this achievement - the opportunities I've won (yes, it can be interfaced with SalesForce)
    Cons:
    Parameter setting, but this must be done by the COO, CRO or the solution administrator. One error in the settings and everything could be wrong, so you need to think about how to check this
