Website Toolbox is a community management platform that helps businesses create discussion forums to resolve prospects' queries, receive feedback and facilitate collaboration among customers. Professionals can create customizable forums by adding colors, brand logos or headers and sort discussion threads into categories according to requirements.

Website Toolbox allows organizations to accept one-time/recurring fees from subscribers, display advertisements and manage received donations. Members can like or dislike posts on their timeline, chat with subscribers and assign reputation scores to customers, improving clients' experience with the brand. Other features include automated notifications, data import, newsletter management, @mentions, calendar, membership management and more.

Website Toolbox provides a fantastic forum interface that directly integrates with my site.

This is being used to provide an online forum community for our users.

Pros:

This product has provided an easy to integrate community forum for me to use for my clients and members online. It provides a private members only area for discussion with profiles and private messaging as well. Really great product!

Cons:

I think it could use a little more ease of use on the integration side. It was fairly easy to integrate with my website in conjunction with Memberspace, but there are spots in the setup process that could be confusing for some inexperienced users.

Website Toolbox

The overall platform has worked well for what we needed. I did have a period of time that users were unable to login and our forum was inactive for about a month. Besides the few small glitches I have had, it has been a great product and the customer service works hard to solve your issues.

Pros:

The customer service is amazing. They're always quick to respond and handle your issues.

Cons:

Functionality can, at times, be unstable if you embed into a Wordpress site. You cannot use your theme builder to change the page or the code will be damaged. All design of the page must be handled through Website Toolbox. This may not be an issue for other site builders.

Low cost. Adequate feature set. Easy to use interface. Reliable. On those occasions when I could not figure out how to do something I was able to instantly access support personnel through their chat function that solved my issues right on the spot. I love that.

Cons:

I don't really have any complaints. It worked for me.

Website Toolbox is easy to setup, easy for users to interact with and is a very reliable tool for hosting our online forum.

Cons:

Some of our users struggle with more advanced features like adding in photos but this is typical of all forums that I use.

Seamless First Forum

I've never created a forum before and I'm glad Website Toolbox was there for this! It made what seemed like it would be a daunting task so easy. Along with alll the integrations offered, WT is full of features I feel like I need to explore more, but it already works so well! I like the control you have over these features, the forum itself, and the backend. My users are also very happy too! I don't think I could have created a better forum with something else, but I haven't explored other options - too happy with this. =)

Cons:

Cons:

Some limited options with customizing the look and feel. Newer software has more features.

Easy to use, quick setup, affordable

I have been using Website Toolbox for 4-5 years and have been very happy with it. The few times I needed customer service, they were responsive and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this software and would make the same decision to use it again.

I love how quick and easy it was to setup my private member site using Website Toolbox. I simply could not believe it after I wasted a lot of time trying various plugins for my WordPress site.

Cons:

I would love to see Website Toolbox integrate additional payment gateways and options for paid memberships.

Admin menu system is not easy to navigate. Not always intuitive. Features are typically there but difficult to find

Easy, Attractive, and Terrific Customer Service

Just brilliant. The embeddable forum looks like a natural extension of my site. Customers love being able to keep in touch with each other.

I have a group of dedicated users who love forums. I searched for an attractive forum that could be embedded directly into my existing site. Even before the free trial was over, I knew that I would be purchasing from Website Toolbox. The options to make attractive forums really appealed to me, and setting up the forum was a snap. One of my users requested a feature (to embed Spotify playlists). I passed that along to the Dev team. I was told it might take 2-3 months, but they would work on it. Surprisingly, they got the feature built that same day! I was stunned!

Cons:

My moderators can't seem to delete posts.
