- I find CS Professional Suite to be a good product and the customer support is very good.
- well i like what they say the software does and how it is suppose to function however, it does not work as they say they cannot provide answers or fixes as to why it doesnt work client file drawers disappear they have no idea why or what happened how can you trust this company they do not follow their own privacy policies they are untrustworthy
- Grants compliance was easier with granular expense tracking, board meeting financial reporting done automatically, and donor management with improved invoicing and receipt capabilities for program fees.
- The financial reporting still allows to revert to legacy (classic) at this time, the new reporting and bank feed are hard to read, report formatting changed so it no longer works with existing templates.
