PolicyTech vs DocTract: Which is best for you?

As a user, I have not run into any issues using PolicyTech, as it is a pretty straightforward platform.

We have found since changing over that it was easy because the two systems were quite similar, however Doc Tract has a far more advanced search ability for content in the policies, we've had amazing customer support through the process of setting up, training us, and a friendly check in on how we are doing.

There are a lot of options in the menu tab that are not intuitive, and regular customer support has been necessary to learn all the different features of the product.
