- The portal is user friendly and the process is streamlined.
- There is nothing in between a Super User and Viewer license and the pay difference is huge, but considering the amount of teams that we have and line managers, purchasing an x amount of Super User licenses becomes unreasonably pricey.
- Having a degree of Project management and/or process management experience helps significantly in understanding the use of the different icons, although there are some very useful templates to help with creating your visuals.
- Due to its pricing, Visio isn't available for our users by default (like other MS Office products, Word, excel, outlook etc.) and require purchasing of additional licenses.
