  • DaySmart also has all of the features I need for my daily scheduling, checking customers out, and its easy to keep my formulas and any client notes.
  • The only thing i dislike about Daysmart is there is no "undo" button because when i accidentally cancel an appointment or something goes wrong with the times i have to try to remember their phone number or the correct spelling of their first and last name and sometimes i cannot remember so an undo button would be helpful

  • Love being able to view the client’s total profile, including avg spend, products purchased, photo gallery of all pics on profile page, etc. Ability to compare photos so easily in gallery is AWESOME!
  • In the last four weeks alone, the system has crashed twice, leaving us unable to schedule clients, check them out, or access previous notes.
