Weave vs Sensei Cloud: Which is best for you?

I have been using Weave for over three years now and it truly helps our office with every aspect of communication - chatting with team members within the office, being able to text patients, and sending digital forms.

There are multiple missing files from faxes being missed and confusion trying to work with other providers and facilities with a temporary fax number.

The Sensei Cloud Team is amazing. Though we have had some pain points with conversion and functionality, customer service was and is always available to help us, listen to us, and do the best they can to figure out what needs to be done.

Sensei Imaging, which one would expect to be a seamless integration within Sensei Cloud creates a variety of issues and lacks basic functionality.
