Lightspeed Retail vs WooPOS: Which is best for you?

What drew me to Lightspeed was that I was told by the sales representative that we did not have to use their credit card processing service and we could continue to process with our currents provider.

I want to share my experience with Lightspeed POS, which has been disappointing and frustrating from the start. When I first signed up, I was assured by our sales representative that we could use our own credit card processor and that Lightspeed would only charge a monthly subscription fee of $246.66.

Woo, on the other hand, has unlimited potential and an extremely dedicated and quick-to-respond team the has helped us finesse the system for our unique needs every step of the way.

The biggest downfall to the software is the dated interface. While it doesn't look all fancy, it's a seriously solid piece of software and your not going to find updates breaking things or being dependent on an internet connection.
