For me specifically the audiences rule of 24 hours can limit me in how how I can onboard our people on day 1 as assigned content may not appear especially if start date is day 1 for the learner.

The most likely part is mentor interface whereas new learner or experience one gets the skills through peer's expertise adding on knowledge through online platform, which helps to bring ownership or confidence within each of them, doesn't feel lack of knowledge !! and training sessions can be shared which is a lot helpful, the timeline helps to post query which provides a healthy brainstorming session between experts of respective subject.
