While the free version is amazing, sometimes i felt myself wishing i had access to advanced features like question branching for more complex logic without upgrading.

I don't like that certain options are limited on the free plan and it relies heavily on a stable internet connection as it doesn't have an offline mode which can make it difficult for users in rural areas like myself.

The variety of question types and customization options allow for professional and visually appealing surveys.

While the platform is excellent overall, its advanced features, like deeper customization or branding options, could be more robust without requiring premium upgrades.
