My experience has been good only because I send bitcoin to my wallet to be able to send to a recipient without have to whitelist the address for 24 hours.

I lost over $100 in a trade online that then had to have different valued crypto to exchange it then I had to buy more on their platform to send the exchanged crypto which was never explained.

Good, very good and super safe, it goes far beyond when it comes to a simple username and password, but have to be well organized to keep a backup of your credentials and recovery codes to gain access in the future.

Uphold forces a questionnaire at the first attempt to deposit to your account (there might be other triggers), which I find annoying and privacy-invading.
