Walla vs Punchpass: Which is best for you?

I love that I don’t need a separate app, the scan code makes it easy to create an account, it’s easy to get customer service on the line for help.

Class pass integration was rough but we got it, I don't like that it's hard to keep up on new hidden features, if it wasn't for Athena I would have been pretty lost.

I love that Punchpass sets up automatically the zoom links and is automatically sending out confirmations for registrations and reminders to customers along with the zoom links to customers to join on line classes!

Punchpass does not allow me to have a membership as an initial gate to my events.
