Microsoft 365 vs Ideagen Collaboration Portal: Which is best for you?

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

It is easy to provide and request documentation from clients and straightforward in doing so.

In the past we used to share some files/documents via email but there was a risk that these could be sent to the wrong people.
