Elite EXTRA vs Lynx: Which is best for you?

The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.

One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need.

The product is solid and can do so much with a short learning curve which makes it easy to get up and running.

The end user interface is not very user friendly or intuitive. When we have questions this generally results in a call to support.
