It’s a reliable system for managing quality and product documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance. Once you get used to the interface, it becomes an effective tool for collaboration across teams.

At times, the interface can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive, especially when navigating between different sections.

I like that everything is within the same system because, for example, its functions for document management, access control and Salesforce-based reporting, the ease of generating reports and the simplicity of audits all in one place is excellent.

Automated notifications are also sometimes unreliable, so I occasionally have to reach out to reviewers myself and I wish the reporting side was a bit more forgiving pulling in custom metrics takes a bit more effort than I would prefer.
