Pros:

My Origination assigned me the access as i work on this software. It was easy to use on inside . It is a security tool so that there will be no risk and no one can theft the data. It will automatically detect the data and reduce the unauthorized access to the company. User can use self-service for the access request submission and can debug the errors of the outcomes. Very easy to learn this software and it has the good demand now.

Cons:

The cost of this software is high. It requires SAP token as it is very highly secured and will become bit confuse which region should select while using this software. there are no proper training on this software.

Access control allows us o set up granular access controls and permissions for users, which helps us reduce the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data. It helps us in meeting compliance requirements related to user access and data security, such as those set forth by regulatory bodies and industry standards. It is making it easier for our IT team to add and remove users, change permissions, and track access activity.

Cons:

The potential drawback of access control is that is can be resource intensive, both in terms of hardware and staff time. The software requires significant amount of data storage and processing power, which can be costly for small businesses. Additionally ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the system can be time-consuming and requires a dedicated staff.

It has made my life a lot easier. I can perform my daily duties in much efficient and congruous manner. Granting access to different users based on their job responsibilities has become very manageable using SAP Governance Risk and Compliance environment.

I liked the ease with which you can manage to access different users is highly efficient for an organisation. Different module to manage Segregation of Duties is like cherry on the cake.

Pros:

I like how easy it is for me to add roles and remove assigned roles as well as put a delete request with the Access Request module. I can create and export virtual institutions easily. It is also easy to integrate with other SAP products

Cons:

Getting SAP correctly configured is a bit complicated and long process I spent quite a bit of time going thorough this software chatting to customer support to assist where I had questions. One definitely needs to have prior knowledge of SAP for successful initial deployment
