I did not find any cons associated with Sprinto during our time of engagement for HIPAA Compliance. They were prompt in time, what needs to be completed in the given timeline and how do we maintain the status. No complaints

Great GRC Tool for SaaS Product

GRC - integrating all possible tools to capture, monitor, log and audit the data for achieving compliances on numerous security frameworks like SOC2, ISO, GDPR, FedRaAMP etc. Their workflow management is excellent. Over all i liked all the offerings of the product, compliance, support and follow up processes.

She was on top of everything that came up as part of onboarding and resolved along with Sprinto support team to make sure the onboarding is very smooth, meaningful and ontime. Overall very good. The customer support was great throughout the project. Being a small company Sprinto was terrific in keeping everything together and becoming a foundation in our information security work.

The customer success/support team was fantastic during the entire project. I would like to specifically mention our technical account manager [sensitive content hidden] that went above and beyond to provide excellent help and support. They guided us throughout the project and was always eager to help with questions over mail or getting on a call. Overall the user interface and experience of working with the Sprinto platform was very good.

Cons:

We stumbled up a bug or two, but always got quick help from the support team. Some of the integrations could perhaps be a bit more flexible, but from my experience they are on par (or better) compared to the competitors.

Simple Interface to use. Easy renewal processes and all thanks to our account manager Shivang Saxena. Sprinto adaptability to different security and privacy compliances. Continuous enhancement in the product when it is related to automated integrations. Sprinto partnership with different audit firms that provides us multiple options to go ahead with audit partners of our choice. I would recommend Sprinto to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient GRC tool.

Cons:

The current automated integrations misses some key players. The Sprinto support team response needs to be shorten.

Great product which has transformed the efficiency of our compliance program. Product development is rapid which is good to see - sometimes this means bugs are introduced but the customer support is one of the most responsive I've experienced thanks to [sensitive content hidden] our account manager.

The support that we get using Sprinto is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] is our account manager and he handles everything so well. The automations which are there makes life simpler too. Looking forward to see more automations soon.

Cons:

Nothing very significant, it is mostly smooth but the period when too many frequent UI changes were happening was a little confusing to me as an Admin handling things in it.

Pros:

Sprinto got us up and running really quickly. As a startup, taking on SOC 2 requirements seemed like a daunting task. Once we started working with the team at Sprinto, especially our POC [sensitive content hidden], things started moving really quickly. She helped us understand was required and what was optional in the first phase. She also made great recommendations for auditors and pen test providers in a completely unbiased manner.

Cons:

Apart from a few minor bugs, the product was really robust. Perfect for our use case as an early startup.

Sprinto provided us with the tools to effectively prepare for ISO27001, SOC2 Type2 as well as GDPR certifications, as well as coordinating the external audits and certifications itself. Sprinto is highly automated and very easy to use. Guidance by the Sprinto team durng the onboarding and configuration was very good and very responsive. Thanks [sensitive content hidden] for your support! The process from initial contact to becoming ISO27001 certified took just a few weeks.
