The system is so large and powerful that learning the controls and backend can take years, so its well worth your while to find the most experienced internal resource you can hire so you have the knowledge before you start implementation.

If the Controller gets lost, then the company is lost, and the internal controls and reporting make it very easy to get on track, stay on track, and supply audit proof.
