- After using the software and thou at times I do use excel, I much prefer the ease, accuracy, and how quickly I can turn out an estimate with the software.
- The only downside that I would really like fixed is having a better vendor management system where I can have one material rate with multiple different pricing inputs to it based on different locations and vendors.
- There was a learning curve for me, as I use it from a development standpoint and not as much for hard bids, but it is an invaluable tool in our toolbox for seeing if a site is viable for development.
