"The software often freezes, buttons disappear, and some functions don't work like they are supposed to (cannot enter as many photos in field reports as you are supposed to be able to, entering notes in roll call does not allow use of spaces etc."
"For example, when working on a field report, the entire field report cannot be saved if you take too long to complete it, the options disappear. "
