About HumanBot

HumanBot is an AI-powered chat assistant that helps businesses automate customer interactions on their website. The chatbot can be trained on a company's content to deliver personalized responses tailored to the business.

A key feature is that HumanBot can be trained on a company's own data, unlike chatbots relying on generic databases. Pros:
The options, now including AI for the Smart Chat is really useful, I can set campaigns for my business and clients business use and as needed, I can create Greenscreen backgrounds for greater visual customisation.
Cons:
[sensitive content hidden] produces great products. My only con is that I would love to be able to integrate them all into one dashboard/UX interface as a user of them.

Definitely get this application for Chat bot services!

I am loving it the application and hopefully with time it will just keep improving. I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone that is looking at how you can use AI technology with their online presence or if you want to become an agency as well.

How easy it is to create the bots. You can literally create your human chat bot within minutes and they work perfectly right out the bat.
Cons:
In the chat tree there is no easy way to duplicate each section, so you would have to recreate each section if you start branching off

HumanBot Passes "Interaction Test" with Flying Colors

As mentioned above, the HumanBot code was very easy to extract and then paste into the appropriate web page, which was actually an "asp" page, which is essentially the same as HTML. It was a very pleasing experience, realizing what it was capable of.

Pros:
For my intended purposes, I'm not too worried about security. It's a great value for the money. Customer support overall with your company has been above average, although I have not had to contact your team regarding HumanBot -- just ClickSites. From what I can tell, HumanBot will be great for sales, although marketing is a non-issue for me at this time. The Chat Conversation is very enthralling. I haven't had a use for Templates with HumanBot yet, and have not had a chance to do a thorough test with Bot Training. With all these topics being addressed, my first reaction is that it is very simple and easy to plug the HumanBot into web pages. The response time between interactions is very good. The whole idea of being able to communicate with visitors with different types of ChatBots (Live, SmartAI, and Trained) is first-rate planning and provision by your company.
Cons:
It's not really a complaint, but with the SmartAI Bot, there were a couple of occasions in which I had to correct the Bot. I wrote the correction, and the Bot readily accepted being corrected. One occasion was when the Bot reported that the 1962 Eldon Bowl-a-Matic (toy) was battery operated. I corrected the Bot, since the appartus did not use batteries, and the HumanBot retracted its statement and agreed with the correction. The other occasion was when the HumanBot was incorrect on how to convert the 5-7 split in bowling. Again, my brother this time, corrected the Bot, and it was appreciative of the correction. So, the A.I. where it got its information was not 100% accurate, but still very dependable. Other than that, I had no negative experiences.

I'm still new to the integration so I can only content in the incredible potential of the product. The team is constantly working on new improved relevant features. This is my third product purchase from the company and it speaks for itself how confident I am off the trajectory of this product.

I'm excited about the lifetime deal which gives me unlimited conversational ai for multiple clients without the frustration of credit limits and excessive billing. The founders of Humanbot are really over generous in empowering is the users with tools for wealth creation in the next digital revolution. The ability to load knowledge base material in unlimited campaigns is phenomenal.
Cons:
As at the writing off this review, the voices are still lagging in realism, once that catches up I believe, will be ahead of the curve.

The cost was not comparable, I got a lifetime unlimited use deal, whereas the previous company would cost into the thousands monthly to maintain

A great chatbot for any size business and technical level

Very easy to get a basic chatbot up and running quickly, a little harder to learn all of the many features that are available and what their significance is. Took a few attempts to work out the right chat script and make it flow nicely for the website visitor, but after that it worked really well. Then turned on all the nice features and it really made an impact.

Pros:
This is surely be the most full-featured bot on the market, while also being one of the easiest to configure. Everything is controlled through a management panel and easy to change, so no messing around with coding. The talking 3D human avatar is killer, making it super easy for website visitors to engage with using typing or voice. Also loved the simple training on your own business docs, so the Smart AI Chat mode really feels like it knows the business. Having the ability for the website visitor to jump from that to Live Chat with our team enabled a lot more questions to be answered and helped take in leads and close deals.
Cons:
Not enough avatar choices (but more are promised and it is possible to create your own to some extent), no AI to assist in writing the chat flow (or templates of proven chat flows), number of documents that can be uploaded for training is a bit limited, some of the voice are not very natural and more could be added.

I like the training and the scalabitly of HumanBot and the use case options.
Cons:
The only thing I wish it had been more Afro-American professional men and more women. HumanBot outperforms other programs, but in the US, having more avatars that resonate with our demographic is essential. I was pleasantly surprised that HumanBot performed better than some US companies!

HumanBot is easy to set up and use. With the unlimited version, you can customize your avatar and even use your own image for this. It can learn all the data on your website in AI mode. It'll learn your business. You can use AI avatars or simply create a tree of questions and responses. You can add links, photos, and videos in your chatbot. No monthly fees. Excellent customer support! Commercial licence included to sell chatbot services to clients. All your data is safe and secure.
Cons:
What I liked least was that if you purchase only the basic version, you don't get all the features available in the Unlimited version. This makes sense, of course, but then it depends on how you want to use HumanBot. The AI avatar is not included in the basic version, nor is the advanced customization.
