Overall, Syd has helped me reach the healthy lifestyle that I have been seeking for years! The personal recommendations have helped me target the areas that I have struggled with in reaching my health goals. Syd is the only wellness app that I need.

Syd is instrumental in helping me schedule needed lifestyle changes towards improving my health. I love that this app is tailored to my personal needs and goals. Using daily mindfulness exercises has helped reduce my anxiety. Nutritional advice and sleep strategies have left me feeling energized.

Nothing. Syd has helped me reach my target goal of feeling more energized. I look forward to exploring new aspects of the app to reach my next health goal.

Pros:

The personalized recommendations, of course. The app really helps me to improve my physical and mental well-being and look better after myself.

Cons:

I can say that I have been deceived by any feature. Although, I haven't tried yet the genetics module, so can't say anything about that.

Loving my new virtual companion!

I really want a way of measuring the effectiveness of our engagement and wellbeing initiatives and the syd dashboard can provide me with this insight at a company wide level

Really quick and easy to complete the questions which provide me with my own personal and unique life quality index score

Cons:

Nothing about the software, just that it flagged that I really need to do more to improve my diet and fitness routine!
