About BizConnect

BizConnect is a business card scanner application designed to help individuals and teams scan business cards and improve sales performance. The platform enables managers to scan conference badges and business cards and organize them into folders or groups. Users can search scanned contacts by name, location, email, or company name.

Teams using BizConnect can export scanned business cards directly into Excel, Google, Outlook, Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, and Zoho. The application allows supervisors to create and assign tasks to team members and receive reminders about various tasks. Additionally, managers can visualize the performance of team members by tracking their conversion lead using team reports.

BizConnect helps users categorize leads based on lead status, add daily updates to sales leads, log business activities, and sync all contact information and business cards to the admin account. It is available on monthly as well as annual subscriptions and support is extended via documentation, FAQs, and online inquiry form.

Excellent way to keep track of your contacts

Excellent experience. I have not needed to use support, however their onboarding and communication to use the app was very helpful.

Pros:

I really like the ability to scan a business card and have it capture the data. Makes it very easy to add contacts.

Cons:

I did not care for the contact import feature. I like that it connects with my phone contacts, but would have liked the option to add them or not. I have several contacts that I did not want in this platform. I am using it strictly for business and did not need the personal ones imported. I had to delete those I did not want. Other than that, I like the platform

Contacts the "newly fashioned" way!

.After a certain period of scanning cards I believe the memory cache fills up and you can only scan about 30 cards at 1 time period. I had a great experience with the software however it would lock up once the memory reached its capacity

I really liked the multiple scan features and the speed of the application.

Cons:

It's seen that there's a minimum number as well as a maximum number of cards that you can scan.

Pros:

I like being able to share my card digitally. It’s helpful especially with doing so much more virtually due to the virus etc.

Cons:

The quality isn’t awesome on scanned cards. I actually had some trouble using the scanner and wound up manually taking a picture and cropping it etc but overall it’s pretty good for the $.

How easy it was to scan a card and it pulled in all of the information

Cons:

From everything I used it works great. I don't have a bad thing to say. I don't get enough physical business cards from clients though. That was my main reason for not continuing past the trial

Good App

It's been a positive experience. Easy to use and I like the fact I can create a contract from the info I scan.

It's scanning functionality is really accurate even on business cards that have unique fonts. Only had one card where the app didn't get the name right.

Cons:

Nothing really. I don't use it a whole lot, but it's handy for when I do need it.

The Contacts at Your Fingertip!

The help in storing and retrieving contacts quickly and easily has been tremendous. My contacts are my networks!

Pros:

All contacts in an app that is separate from my phone address book and the ability to save any contact from BizConnect to my personal address book. The app allows you to function just like the contact list on your phone including messaging, notes and etc. I love the QR feature allowing the sharing of my contact fast, easy and professional.

Cons:

Once people scan my QR code, they can not retain my information unless having taken a screenshot of the profile or registering with BizConnect themselves. Many people do not want to have another app on their phone unless they need or want it. There is a high risk of people losing my contact if they close the screen without taking a screenshot first.

Pros:

Porting to outlook is super seamless. Adding contacts is easy and the notes section is great too.

Cons:

I wish there were several notes sections so you could add notes as you need. Makes it very easy to review details about someone on your phone that way.
