But What I didnt like was the auto renew was turned on and when I Noticed the day after they auto charged me for a full year I emailed them saying hey I never saw an option to turn off the auto renew please cancel my subscription they said no we dont do refunds.

Video formatting and rendering is slow and take time to finish.
