Endear vs Freshdesk: Which is best for you?

I loved the fact that the founders, Jinesh and Leigh themselves would handle the support chat at times!

It has great features but it could be a more user-friendly and simplify or ease the messaging or sending process.in order to send one person a message it feels like you have to do a handful before sending the actual send button

Our admin did a good job of integrating the KB with the ticketing systems so the KB was a very reliable point of reference while troubleshooting during a call.

You do not need to customise it as much as other platforms but then you can't get additional functionality that you require from it either.
