If you encounter any issues with your account, instead of solving them, they simply redirect you to their website, leaving you without real assistance.

Provides a broad range of modules to cover various business needs, making it a one-stop solution for many organizations, integrates seamlessly with other Oracle products like Oracle Database and Oracle BPM, offering a cohesive solution for Oracle-centric environments.

Some of the user interface infrastructure is a bit dated and when using browsers other than Google Chrome, can make it difficult to access certain features of the standard user experience.
