Odoo vs SAP Business ByDesign: Which is best for you?

My experience with Odoo has been very disappointing. Once you become a paid client, it is extremely difficult to receive direct and proper customer support. If you encounter any issues with your account, instead of solving them, they simply redirect you to their website, leaving you without real assistance.

The SAP Business ByDesign is an integral part of the ByDesign ecosystem that brought consistent system high availability which is an important KPI factor for any system being utilized along with establishing a single platform with multiple functionalities.

UI is not as fast as expected to respond, Alse having to reset and/or login every time you wake up your computer is a bit of a hassle.
