Recite Me vs UserWay Accessibility Widget: Which is best for you?

I got the UserWay widget because we want to help out all of our patients including ones that are special needs and to make our website accessible to everyone.

I would comment the language selector, I don't like how it flashes the native language and then it translates it, this has to do with how the page loads then userway widget but its not a great experience in my opinion.
