"sensitive content hidden] now states they are not obligated to refund our money because we didn’t cancel within the 30 day window. As you can see it was within this 30 day period and I notified them our desire to cancel within that time— they are hiding behind the use of a form when 3 employees included in the email knew of our request to weeks before 10/14."
