Easy and Professional Reward App

I’ve been using Smile.io for about five years now. I love how it seamlessly integrates into my website. Customers can see their point values and use them when they are ready. I never have to do anything other than setup new campaigns if I’m running a double points deal.

There aren’t many cons I can think of. Maybe they could offer more options, but there are already quite a few.

Really loving the app. My customers feel appreciated.

It has been a fabulous experience so far. The team was extremely helpful in the set up process as I did have a few snags setting it up. But customer service handled it quickly. I do wish I could offer more points automatically like for reviews and UGC but that doesn't seem to be a feature quite yet. Hopefully soon.

So far everything works well. My customers are earning points for purchases and able to use them on future purchases. It helps the customer feel appreciated for their support.
Cons:
The only real complaint I have is that the set up process was a bit difficult and I had to reach out to customer service a few times for help. However, they were quick to respond and fixed everything.

Smile.io is the way to go.

The Smile app has been one of the easiest loyalty and referral apps I’ve set up on Shopify. Their support team, [sensitive content hidden], were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any technical questions I had. If a feature wasn’t available, they didn’t just brush it off; they passed along recommendations to their product team as possible future enhancements. Unlike many other apps with endless chatbots or large teams of agents giving generic responses, Smile has a small team of real people who actually care and help you get your program up and running. That personal touch really stood out. I’ve been very happy with both the level of service and the product itself, and I’m already seeing Smile make a positive difference in my customer lifetime value. Highly recommend!

Before choosing Smile.io, I met with [sensitive content hidden], who was able to guide me through how to set up the app and work through some complicated scenarios that I had. After engaging with another loyalty product about their offerings, hoping to get a meeting to chat through the specifics, I received a link to a price list and setup guide. Smile.io's customer service is incredible!
Cons:
There were a few things that I wish the program offered. Our company has a subscription model product, and I wish I could reward only customers who have a subscription with loyalty points. This functionality does not exist without complicated development.

Yotpo's system was clunky and complicated. I was looking for a new platform that looked great and was easy to configure.

Cons:
I really don't have much bad to say about Smile.io. The service is great and I have rarely had to use customer support. When I have they're prompt and pleasant to deal with.

The tiers for our loyalty program seem to resonate really well with customers. We also find that customers who use Smile tend to convert twice as much as normal repeating customers. The program is great

I would love to see a little more investment in the multicurrency program - currently it is limited to percentage off and in a multicurrency store it is harmful

I love that my repeat customers can be rewarded for their loyalty by earning points that they can turn into discounts in the shop. It's also great being able to have the rewards points connect to both online and in person sales.
