Pros:

We love our daily tests to monitor our data measurement and data quality from web and apps. We can discover any problem, quality issues or anomalies really quick and in case of any trouble we can fix it before it has any business impact.

Cons:

It could be challenging to write data quality tests in the Waaila to monitor all important anomalies in the data measurement. We have a big complex ecosystem therefore it is not easy to monitor everything we would like to.

I like the fact it is easy to use and you can customize your tests. Also, customer support is super helpful.

Cons:

I would appreciate it if the test errors were shown in the result email, not just the score. The test descriptions could be more thorough.

There are plenty of templates for all kinds of tests. Fast and responsive support thinking beyond our requirements. Free to start and run tests manually. Easy to read results from tests, also customizable.

Cons:

At this moment we cannot share the depot with colleagues in the company. But we have a promise that this feature will be available soon.

When something goes wrong with the data, we know it immediately thanks to Waaila!

We needed to be immediately informed about incidents in Google Analytics (e.g. when measurement stops working somewhere, when an anomaly occurs,...). Waaila is the right tool that informs us about incidents immediately.

The cookie bar has been changed on the website where we use Waaila. The developers did not inform us about this change, which should have a major impact on the data in Google Analytics. But Waaila immediately reported the incident and we were able to take appropriate measures.

Cons:

The user of Waaila should have a clear idea of what types of data quality checks want to perform.

Predefined tests are great to track keep track of data quality. Waaila team is also very helpful with setting up custom tests tailored to our needs.

Cons:

I think browsing the template gallery is a little difficult. I'd appreciate more search options, eg. by certain metrics/dimensions.

Easy to use tool for advance data quality control

Before using Waaila we did not notice that tracking of important events failed unless we need to report the data. On the top of missing data, there could be an unusual decrease, which was event harder to spot. With right set of tests, we are warned about data blackouts and decreases, which have to be fixed.

We use Waaila to ensure data quality at Orange. It is useful for tracking event blackouts or unexpected data combinations sent to Google Analytics. We receive sufficient support during implementation phase and on demand.

Cons:

As long as there are more employees using Waaila depot, shared depot would be a helpful feature.

Easier than it appear

Never mind that I have no experiences with coding. I can choose from predefined test which are thoroughly described. But after a while I learned how to change basic configuration to make the results more accurate.
